The rates are in Euro per room, per night and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.
Reservation will be accepted only if a credit card number is provided.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty will be charged in case of
cancellations received up to September 10. After this
date or in case of “no show” the first night will be charged directly to the
credit card.
Note
Room reservation does not
imply registration for the Conference which must be booked separately
using the Conference Registration link.
Room reservations are the responsibility of individual
conference attendees and do not imply any involvement or responsibility on the
part of the conference organizers.
