The Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates - on Tuesday, September 22, 2008 from 16:00 to 18:00,
- on Wednesday, September 23, 2008 from 8:00 to 18:00,
- and the following days during the Conference hours

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 1, 2009. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Conference Proceedings (book and CD-ROM) will be mailed to the registrant. All refunds will be processed after the Conference
