Abstract and Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit one-page abstracts by May 15, 2009.

Abstracts must include the title, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and indicate the lead author. Abstracts should be submitted following the instructions in the abstract submission section on the left.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail on May 30, 2009.

Authors whose abstract have been accepted have to confirm their willingness to submit and present their paper by June 19, 2009.

Authors of accepted abstracts must submit the final copy-ready papers by July 24, 2009.

A short biography of the speaker should be included in the appropriate box of the paper uploading system for use by the session chair to introduce the speaker.

Submission of the paper will be accepted only if at least one author's registration fee is received by July 24, 2009.

For a fast, accurate submission, we highly recommend the PDF format. If this is not possible, Microsoft Word format is acceptable. If you prepare a different version of the paper (using color) for inclusion in the CD-ROM, it has to be sent in Microsoft Word or PDF format to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Authors are responsible for obtaining all needed sponsor, employer and/or government approvals of the abstract or paper with sufficient time to avoid last-minute withdrawals.

EDAS Submission System

Either abstracts or papers must be submitted through the EDAS online submission system.

Papers must be prepared according to the template (see attachments) and must be no more than eight (8) pages long, including figures and bibliography.

Please, note that accepted papers will be published in the proceedings (Volume and CD ROM) only if the final camera-ready version is accompanied with a regular registration and payment by at least one of the authors, and a signed copyright form.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

Each camera ready version accepted papers has to be accompanied with a signed Copyright form.

The Copyright agreement (see attachments) should be filled in and signed by one of the paper authors. In the version provided, the Title of the Book is already included.

The filled and signed copyright form should be submitted by either:
• Including a scanned version in a .zip file together with the camera ready paper, and uploading it through the EDAS submission system.
