The Registrant receives an email containing the credentials to LOGIN in order to indicate the intention to attend the
Conference, the Colloquium and the Poster session, to register companions, to submit abstracts and papers and to make
online payments needed to attend the conference.
Advance on-line registration and fee payment is strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced fee valid only until September 6, 2017.
On-site Registration and payment to attend the conference is also possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
Payments can be made as follows:
1 - Online before the start of the conference by clicking the LOGIN button on this page, and entering the registration credentials received by the system. Fees are shown in the tables below. Please consider taking advantage of the reduced fee available until September 6, 2017.
2 - During the Conference at the Registration Desk that will be open for on-site registration, fee payment and material pick-up for registered attendees:
• on October 15, 2017, from 16:00 to 18:00
• on October 16 to 19, 2017 from 08:00 to the Closing of the Conference
3 - Bank Transfer: for bank transfer instructions, please contact the Conference Organization at firstname.lastname@example.org. The account information is not published to avoid fraud.
NOTE that additional papers will require the payment of the fee to cover the cost of processing for inclusion in the Program, in the Online Proceedings and in the Book of Abstract.

The Colloquium will take place on Monday, October 16, 2017.
It is possible to attend the Colloquium without attending the Joint Conference.
Does not include the Conference Dinner.
GROUP REGISTRATION FEE
Significant discounts are offered to employees of the same company who register as a group, at the same time:
- 3 to 6 registrants from the same company: 10% off
- 7 to more registrants from the same company: 15% off

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 15, 2017. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Book Abstracts of the Ka and Broadband Communications Conference will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Substitution may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Requests of desired substitutions must be made by writing to the Organizing Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org
