Abstracts should be submitted only to one of the Conferences. Selection must be made during the abstract submission procedure.
Please note that abstracts and papers for the ICSSC Conference need to be submitted through the AIAA ScholarOne System, as directed when submitting an abstract to the ICSSC Conference.

All papers will be peer reviewed by the Ka and ICSSC Technical Committees, which reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted paper, to reassign any paper from one conference to the other if the paper is judged to be more suitable for the alternate venue.
Poster papers must be submitted only to the ICSSC Conference.

To submit an abstract, the author must be registered first and use the login credentials received automatically from the system. Abstracts must include the title, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address. 

For a fast, accurate submission, it is highly recommended that authors use the PDF file format.

Care should be taken to ensure the accuracy of the data entered in submitting the abstract, since the data entered will be used to compose the Preliminary Program.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail on May 17, 2013 only to the lead author.
Authors, whose abstract have been accepted, have to confirm their willingness to submit and present their paper by June 15, 2013. Authors are responsible for obtaining all needed sponsor, employer and/or government approvals of the paper with sufficient time to avoid last-minute withdrawals.

The final copy-ready papers must be prepared according to the  KA Paper Template or  ICSSC Paper Template.
Ka Papers are restricted to eight (8) pages, including figures and bibliography. Use of color figures is not recommended, since the Proceedings are printed in black and white. If the author wishes to prepare a different version of the paper (using color illustrations) for inclusion in the CD-ROM, it has to be sent in PDF format to organizingcommittee@kaconf.org

PLEASE NOTE: Uploading of an accepted paper requires first the payment of one registration fee for each uploaded paper.
Single authors intending to present multiple papers or authors wishing to pay on site should contact the Organizing Committee at organizingcommittee@kaconf.org  to receive authorization to upload their papers.
To ensure conference quality, session chairs will enforce a "no paper, no podium" rule. This policy states that if the manuscript is not uploaded to the site at the given deadline, the paper will be not allowed to be presented at the conference.
