2012 Joint Conference - Abstract and Paper Submission
Abstracts should be submitted only to one of the Conferences. Conference selection can be made during the Abstract and Paper submission procedure. The organizers reserve the right to reassign any paper from one conference to the other if the paper is judged to be more suitable for the alternate venue.
Authors are invited to submit electronically one-page abstracts by March 31, 2012.
To submit the Abstract you must be registered first and use your login credentials assigned to you by the registration system.
Abstracts must include the title, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address.
For a fast, accurate submission, it is highly recommended that the author have the abstract converted into a PDF file prior to submission. If this is not possible, Microsoft Word® for Windows® format is acceptable.
Care should be taken to ensure the accuracy of the data entered in submitting the abstract, since the data entered will be used to compose the Preliminary Program.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail on April 30, 2012 only to the registered author.
Authors, whose abstract have been accepted, have to confirm their willingness to submit and present their paper by May 31, 2012 and must submit electronically the final copy-ready papers by July 31, 2012
The final copy-ready papers must be prepared according to the
KA Paper Template or
ICSSC Paper Template. Ka Band Papers are restricted to eight (8) pages,
including figures and bibliography. Use of color figures is not recommended, since the Proceedings are printed in black and
white.
Authors are responsible for obtaining all needed sponsor, employer and/or government approvals of the paper with sufficient
time to avoid last-minute withdrawals.
PLEASE NOTE: uploading of an accepted paper requires first the payment
of at least one registration fee. Single authors intending to present multiple papers or authors wishing to pay on
site should contact Clotilde Fertini at clotilde.fertini@kaconf.org or by phone at +39 010 3760417 to receive
authorization to upload their papers.
If the author wishes to prepare a different version of the paper (using color illustrations) for inclusion in
the CD-ROM, it has to be sent in Microsoft Word® or PDF format to
organizingcommittee@kaconf.org
