To submit an abstract, the author must be registered first and use the login credentials received automatically from
the system. Abstracts must include the title, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone and fax
numbers, e-mail address.
For a fast, accurate submission, it is highly recommended that authors use the PDF file format.
Care should be taken to ensure the accuracy of the data entered in submitting the abstract, since the data entered
will be used to compose the Preliminary Program.
Final copy-ready papers must be submitted electronically by July 31, 2013.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail on May 17, 2013

Authors, whose abstract have been accepted, have to confirm their willingness to submit and present their
paper by June 15, 2013

employer and/or government approvals of the paper with sufficient time to avoid last-minute withdrawals.

Ka Papers are restricted to eight (8) pages, including figures and bibliography. Use of color figures is
not recommended, since the Proceedings are printed in black and white. If the author wishes to prepare a
different version of the paper (using color illustrations) for inclusion in the CD-ROM, it has to
be sent in PDF format to email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: Uploading of an accepted paper requires first the payment of one registration fee for each
intending to present multiple papers

To ensure conference quality, session chairs will enforce a "no paper, no podium
" rule. This policy states that
if the manuscript is not uploaded to the site at the given deadline, the paper will be not allowed to be
