To submit an abstract, the author needs to register first using the Registration page
to receive the login
credentials needed to complete the abstract submission.
Abstracts must include the title, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address.
Care must be taken to ensure the accuracy of the data entered in submitting the abstract, since the data entered will be used to compose the Preliminary Program. Abstracts must use the PDF file format for speed and accuracy.
All the abstracts will be peer reviewed for suitability for the Conference by the Ka Technical Committee, whose decision is final. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail only to the lead author on or before June 1, 2015.
Authors, whose abstract have been accepted, have to confirm their willingness to submit and present their paper by June 14, 2015.
Authors are responsible for obtaining all needed sponsor, employer and/or government approvals of the paper with sufficient time to avoid last minute withdrawals, and also be aware that the final paper requires the completion of the Conference Copyright Agreement , which grants permission to publish the paper. Authors and their companies/sponsors retain all rights to the published paper.
The final copy-ready paper must be prepared according to the
Paper Template and must be
accompanied by a
filled and signed Copyright Agreement
form which grants permission to publish it in either printed or

Please note that the papers will be archived in the Online Proceedings of the Conference web site. A hard copy Book of Abstracts, with ample space for notes, will provided to registered participants at the Registration Desk.
PLEASE NOTE: Uploading of an accepted paper requires first the payment of one registration fee. Each additional papers by the same author will require the payment of USD 400.00 handling fee to cover the cost of processing for inclusion in the Program, in the Online Proceedings and in the Book of Abstract booklet.
To ensure conference quality, session chairs will enforce a "no paper, no podium" rule. This policy states that if the paper is not uploaded to the site by the given deadline, the paper will not be allowed to be presented at the Conference, even if it is included in the Preliminary Conference Program.
