Authors are invited to submit reasonable detailed abstract (2 pages including figures) by April 15, 2019.
To submit an Abstract, Authors must first be registered to the Conference website and use the login credentials assigned by the system to complete the abstract submission procedure.
Abstracts must include title, author's name, affiliation, full postal address, phone, and e-mail address. Care must be taken to ensure the accuracy of the data entered in submitting the abstract, since the data entered will be used to compose the Preliminary Program.
Abstracts must use the PDF file format for speed and accuracy and must be prepared according to the KA Paper Template.
Authors uploading an Abstract are confirming that the uploaded Abstract complies with the Ka Conference Publication Ethics and Malpractice.
Abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Ka Technical Committee which reserve the right to accept or reject any submitted abstract and to assign the accepted abstracts to the conference technical sessions
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail only to the lead author on or before May 27, 2019.
Authors, whose abstracts have been accepted, must confirm their willingness to submit and present their paper(s) by June 24, 2019.
Once the abstract submission deadline passes, authors are no longer allowed to submit new abstracts or modify previous submissions or any other submission details. Please carefully proof your submission before the deadline.
If an abstract is accepted, the author, designated as the lead author, will be the only author with access to upload the final manuscript.
Final manuscripts showing substantial modifications in title, content or co-authors and affiliations respect to the accepted abstracst will not be included in the conference final program nor accepted for podium presentation. The lead author will be notified of such exclusion.

Final publication-ready papers must be electronically submitted in PDF format by July 26, 2019 using the tab below.
The lead author of an accepted abstract is the only author with access to upload the final paper.
Authors uploading a paper to the Ka Conference are confirming that the uploaded paper complies with the Ka Conference Publication Ethics and Malpractice.
Authors are responsible for obtaining all needed sponsor, employer and/or government approvals of their papers with sufficient time to avoid last minute withdrawals, and should also be aware that the final paper requires the completion of the Conference Copyright. Authors and their companies /sponsors retain all rights to the published paper.
The final publication-ready papers must be prepared according to the KA Paper Template and must be accompanied by a completed and signed Ka Copyright Agreement Form which grants permission to publish the manuscript in either printed or electronic form.
The Copyright Agreement must be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please note that the Ka Conference papers will be archived in the Online Proceedings of the Conference web site and are indexed in SCOPUS and Engineering Village Compendex.
To ensure conference quality, the "no paper, no podium" rule will be enforced. This policy states that if the paper is not uploaded to the site by the given deadline, the paper will not be allowed to be presented at the Conference, even if it is included in the Conference Preliminary Program.
The lead author is responsible for paper oral presentation. Papers not presented during the Conference will not be included in Ka Conference online proceedings.
The presentation of each accepted paper requires the payment of one registration fee. Please note that each additional paper submitted by the same lead author will require the payment of a USD 400.00 processing and handling fee.
If an author fails to pay the registration fee the paper will not be allowed to be presented at the Conference and not archived in the Ka online proceedings.
