The registration to the Conference website is free and
allows receiving updates on the Conference program, the BroadSky Workshop, social events and other pertinent
Registration is mandatory for authors wishing to submit an abstract.
The registrant receives an email containing login credentials that should be entered to LOGIN on this page in
order to submit abstracts and papers, to indicate your intention to attend the Conference, to register companions
and to make payments.
Payments to submit papers and to attend the conference can be made as follows:
1 - Online before the start of the conference by clicking the LOGIN button on this page, and entering the registration credentials received by the system. Conference fees are shown in the table below.
Please consider taking advantage of the reduced fee available before September 1, 2015.
2 - During the Conference at the Registration Desk that will be open for on-site registration, fee payment and material pick-up for registered delegates:
• on October 11, 2015, from 16:00 to 18:00
• on October 12 to 14, 2015 from 08:00 to Closing

3 - Bank Transfer: for bank transfer instructions, please contact the Conference Organization at firstname.lastname@example.org. The account information is not published to avoid fraud.
Significant discounts are offered to employees of the same company who register as a group, at the same time:
- 3 to 6 registrants from the same company: 10% off
- 7 to more registrants from the same company: 15% off

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 2, 2015. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Conference Book Abstract will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to Organizing Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org
