Author's Registration and Advance Registration deadline: July 31, 2010.
Submission of the paper will be accepted only if at least one author's registration fee is received by July 31, 2010.

Although on-site registration is possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference, advance registrations are strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

The Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates
• on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 from 17:00 to 19:00,
• on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 from 8:00 to 18:00,
• and the following days during the Conference hours

The Conference Registration Fee includes:
• Access to the Technical Sessions,
• Access to 8th BroadSky Workshop,
• Proceedings of the Conference (printed book),
• CD ROM of the Conference Proceedings,
• Coffee breaks (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, October 20, 21, 22),
• Lunches (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, October 20, 21, 22),
• Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, October 20,
• Conference Dinner on Thursday, October 21,

The Companion Registration Fee includes:
• Cocktail Reception on Wednesday, October 20,
• Conference Dinner on Thursday, October 21,

Please be aware that registration for the Conference DOES NOT imply a room reservation which must be made separately.

ADDITIONAL MATERIAL (in addition to full registration fee)
• Proceedings of the Conference (printed book): Euro 150,00
• CD ROM of the Conference Proceedings: Euro 100,00

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before October 1, 2010. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Conference Proceedings (book and CD-ROM) will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
