Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before August 1, 2013.
After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and the Conference Proceedings (book and CD-ROM)
will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Notice of substitution must be made in
