Registration
The registration process provides information about the registrant and returns an email containing login information to
enable authors to upload abstracts and papers and everyone to make payment for attending the conference,
the Colloquium and other items.
Registration provides email updates on the Conference program, the Colloquium, the Broadsky Workshop,
social events and other pertinent information.
Although on-site registration is possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference,
advance on-line registrations are strongly recommended to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.
Author's Registration and Advance Registration deadline: July 31, 2012.
Submission of any paper will be accepted only if at least one author's registration fee is
received by July 31, 2012.
Single authors intending to present multiple papers or authors wishing to pay on site should contact Clotilde Fertini
at clotilde.fertini@kaconf.org or by phone at +39 010 365230 to
receive authorization to upload their papers.
Registration can be made using the Registration Button on the upper right hand corner of this page.
The Registration Desk will be open for on-site registration and material pick-up for registered delegates:
• on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 16:00 to 18:00,
• on Monday, September 24, 2012 from 8:00 to 18:00,
• on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 from 8:00 to 18:00,
• and the following days during the Conference hours.

Group Registrations
Discounts for Registrants from the same company:
- 3 to 6 registrants from the same company 10% discount
- 7 to 12 registrants from the same company 15% discount
- 13 or more registrants from the same company 20% discount
For the group registration, the company must provide the names of the registrants in advance along with the pertinent information to the Conference Organization at clotilde.fertini@kaconf.org . The company will be billed and payment must be made by bank transfer free of bank charges.
The Conference Registration Fee includes:
• Access to both Conferences sessions,
• Access to 10th BroadSky Workshop,
• Proceedings of the 18th Ka and Broadband Communications Conference (printed book),
• Book of Abstracts of the 2012 ICSSC Conference,
• CD ROM of Joint Conference Proceedings,
• Coffee breaks (Tuesday - Thursday, 25 - 27 September)
• Award Luncheon on Tuesday, 25 September,
• Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, 26 and 27 September,
• Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, 25 September,
• Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 26 September.
The Colloquium fee includes:
• Access to the Colloquium session,
• Printed copy of the presentations as provided by the Speakers,
• Coffee breaks,
• Lunch.
The Poster Session Registration Fee includes:
• Attendance to the Conference on Wednesday, September 26,
• Coffee breaks on Wednesday, September 26,
• Luncheon on Wednesday, September 26,
• Proceedings and other material provided to participants, DOES NOT include Gala Dinner
The Companion registration fee includes:
• Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, 25 September,
• Conference Dinner on Wednesday, 26 September.
The Colloquium will take place on Monday, 24 September 2012. It is not included in the Joint Conference Registration Fee.
It is possible to register for the Colloquium without registering for the Joint Conference.
Please be aware that registration for the Joint Conference DOES NOT imply a room reservation which must be made separately.
ADDITIONAL MATERIAL (in addition to full registration fee)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before August 1, 2012. After this date,
the registration fee will not be refunded and the Conference Proceedings (book and CD-ROM) will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
