ICSSC and Colloquium Registration
On-line Registration for the 37th ICSSC can be done through the same system as Ka and Broadband Communications Conferences.
On-line Registration is free and allows you to receive e-mail updates on the Conference program, social events and other pertinent information.
By registering the registrant accepts the conference Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Registrant receives an e-mail containing the credentials needed to LOGIN, in order to select conference, to submit abstracts and papers, to add companions, and to make on-line payments.

On-site registration and payment to attend the Conference events is also possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
ICSSC and Colloquium Payment
Payment should be made in Japanese Yen
Payment can be made as follows:
1 - Online by clicking the LOGIN button on this page, and entering the registration credentials received by the system. Fees are shown in the tables below.
** Please note that Colloquium attendees are requested to pay a fee (shown below) that is separate from the fee paid to attend the ICSSC.
2 - On site at the Conference Registration Desk open:
• On October 28, 2019, from 16:00 to 18:00
• on October 29 to November 1, 2019 from 08:30 during the Conference hours

Additional papers by the same author will require the payment of this fee to cover the cost of processing for inclusion in the Program in the Online Proceedings

Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 15, 2019. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded and materrials delivered to attendees will be mailed to the registrant.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitution may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Requests of desired substitutions must be made by writing to the Organizing Committee at icssc2019org@gmail.com
