On-line Registration is free and allows receiving e-mail updates on Conference program social events and other pertinent information.
Registrant receives an e-mail containing the credentials needed to LOGIN, in order to select conference, to submit abstracts and papers, to add companions, and to make on-line payments. To register please use REGISTRATION button on this page and follow the online instructions.
On-site registration and payment to attend the Conference events is also possible directly at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
Payment can be made as follows:
1 - Online by clicking the LOGIN button on this page, and entering the registration credentials received by the system. Fees are shown in the tables below.
2 - On site at the Conference Registration Desk open:
• on September 29, 2019, from 16:00 to 18:00
• on September 30 to October 2, 2019 from 08:00 during the Conference hours
3 - Bank Transfer: For account information and bank transfer instructions, please contact the Conference Organization at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is required to cover the cost of processing for inclusion in the Program and in the Online Proceedings.
GROUP REGISTRATION FEE
Significant discounts are offered to employees of the same company who register as a group, at the same time:
- 3 to 6 registrants from the same company: 10% off
- 7 to more registrants from the same company: 15% off

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration fee (75%) can be refunded only if notification is given in writing before September 7, 2019. After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Substitution may be made at any time for confirmed registrants. Requests of desired substitutions must be made by writing to the Organizing Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org
